We respectfully dispute this chargeback.

The customer paid using Apple Pay by unlocking his phone and authenticating the transaction himself. Apple Pay is designed to be one of the most secure payment methods, requiring the cardholder to authorize the payment on their own device.

It makes no sense that this purchase is now being claimed as unauthorized when we have footage of the customer using his phone to complete the payment and leaving with the merchandise.

We respectfully ask that this chargeback be denied and the funds returned to our business.
